What's new?!

First of all, we added a forums functionality!

When you write a blog post, you could choose to also publish it on one of the forums. That the way it works! Forum-blog remixed the weeloop way!



An advanced search engine!

Now, you have on the top of each page, a new search engine. Much more powerfull than the previous one. It can searches on profiles, on tracks, on photos and off course on posts. It also will "save" your 5 last searches on the right site widget.




A private messaging service!

"I want to talk to this buddy but I don't want to write on his pinboard". Not a problem any more: write a private message!


When you have a new private message, you're automaticaly warned on the top of each page:

A @weeloop.com address!

Yes, you understand. You now all have an email address ending with @weeloop.com. First, you could use the messaging application to write message to external email (not just weeloop users). Then the recipient will be able te respond directly to your mail. To preserve your privacy, only people you mailed before could use your weeloop.com address.


Here is what your recipient will receive:


Tip: How to ulpoad many photos to your weeloop photo application? Just send you an email to your @weeloop.com address. All the attached photos will be added on a private folder called "Attachements". Then, you will just have to drag & drop the photos to a public folder and that's it!



Discover people who love the same music as you

With the new music section, you could discover tracks published in each music style. You could also see said to be a fan of the music styles.


Let's choose your style: Hip-hop, House, Techno, Fusion, Drum'n'Bass, Hardcore, Trance, Downtempo or DJ-Tools!

Just move your mouse on a profile picture to get a contextual small window about the person:

Hi everyone !

Just wanted to tell you a little about one of weeloop's strength. Nowadays to promote yourself on internet you need to have good search engine ranking when someone hits your name or the title of one of your tunes or whatever related to you.

It's not a feature easy to see because it takes time to have a good web indexing.

I'll tell you here about what weeloop does for you :
- your profile is a subdomain of weeloop, a personal URL : (login).weeloop.com so it's important to choose a good login that refers to your Artistic name,
- your description is inserted in the meta data of your weeloop site, it's important for search engines,
- Search engines give better ranking for pages in which URL contains searched keywords : that's what we do when we insert your photos, tunes and blog title on a dedicated URL for each item you post,
- Search engines give better results to well tagged HTML and we do that on the content you post.

All this means that the more content you post and the better you name it, the highest ranks you'll get through search engines on informations related to you. Some of our members already have their weeloop profile with hgher ranking than their Myspace !

So it's up to you, don't hesitate to ask us questions about this feature.
